This website

Cookies: this site does not set cookies.

Fonts: pages load two typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches them, Google receives your IP address as part of that request, as with any web resource. No other information is shared. Google's handling of this data is described in Google's privacy policy.

Hosting: the site is hosted by Fasthosts in the UK. Like all web hosts, their servers keep standard technical logs (IP address, pages requested) for security purposes.

Links: we link to the school website, the Charity Commission, Instagram and Facebook. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply once you leave ours.

Email and sign-ups

If you email info@stpeterspta.com or join our helpers list, we keep your name and contact details only to organise PTA activities and events. We don't share them with anyone outside the committee, we don't use them for marketing, and we'll delete them if you ask. Where ticketing or payment platforms are used for specific events (for example SumUp or Eventbrite), their own privacy policies apply to those transactions and we tell you at the point of sale.

Photography at events

We do not publish photographs showing children's faces on this website or our social media. Event photography follows the school's safeguarding and consent procedures.

To ask what information we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted, email info@stpeterspta.com. If you're not happy with our response you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office.
